In Sept of 2003, the Daubmann family opened their first Frameless Shower Door Showroom in S.W. Florida. Since that time, Mr Shower Door of Florida has grown to 22 employees and cover the Gulf coast from Marco Island to Tampa, Florida. The showrooms in Naples, at Wiggins Pass (Sept 2003) and Ft Myers, next door to Bonefish Grill (Feb 2005), are conveniently located on Rt 41 and are easily accessible.
Brothers Keith and Douglas Daubmann have taken over the reigns of the business after parents, Bill and Donna Daubmann, sold the Mr Shower Door locations in Springfield MA and Avon (Hartford) CT after 15 years. In the few years that Mr Shower Door of Florida has been operating, they have sold, manufactured and installed more than 12,000 LUXUS Frameless Shower Doors and have been honored by The EDC of Collier County (Entrepreneur of the Year), Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce (Small Business of the Year) and the Glass Industry's National Trade Magazine..... "Glass Magazine" as having built and installed the "Best Shower Door in the United States" in 2007.
Mr Shower Door is also involved with the community by supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, S.W. Florida PGA Association, and the Pelican Bay Founders' Club. Donna and Bill Daubmann have also volunteered with Gulf Coast High School's Business and Marketing Academy.

Jill Armstrong
Originally form Columbus, Ohio, Jill moved to Florida in 2005 and joined the Mr. ShowerDoor team shortly thereafter. With almost 20 years in Customer Service she enjoys her interactions with customers. When not working, Jill likes to spend time reading, gardening and rooting on her son’s ice hockey team.
Cory Lavey
Cory was born and raised in West Milton, OH. He has a younger brother who is still in Ohio with his parents.
Cory recently married his childhood sweetheart Nicole and they reside in Estero. Cory has been on the Mr Shower Door team since early 2006 and handles sales and estimating. His interests include all sports, playing Fantasy Football and Texas Hold’em.
Aaron Jefferies
Aaron was born Nov 18, 1982 in Bethal,IN and has been living in Naples for the past three years. His hobbies include fishing,playing basketball, playing the guitar and relaxing at the beach.
Jared White
Jared is a S.E. Michigan native and an avid Football and Baseball fan. Naturally, he is a “Blue” fan but he also roots for all Detroit sports teams including the Red Wings and Pistons.
Jared has been part of the Mr Shower Door team since 2006 and is a lead installer after working his way up through the ranks. He really enjoys doing large custom shower doors and seeing our client’s satisfaction when he is done.
When not playing sports Jared also enjoys the S.W. Florida beaches.
Jay McKane
Our latest team member, Jay McKane is originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada where he was a dealer at Caesars Windsor for 8+ years. He is an avid Detroit Lions and Tigers fan but roots on the Toronto Maple Leafs when talking pucks. Jay comes to us through WCI and most recently McGarvey Custom Homes where he was an Estimator and brings to us vast experience and knowledge of the Construction industry. His friends and colleagues call him "Canada", so head on down for a great deal and visit Canada right here in our Ft. Myers showroom.
Randy Miller
Randy is a native of St Paul, Minnesota. Even though he transplanted to S.W. Florida he still follows his Viking pro football team but does root for the Florida Gators college team..
Randy became a lead installer with Mr Shower Door in 2008 after working as an apprentice here since 2006. He has accumulated numerous testimonial letters which highlight his quality of work and his great work ethic.
When not installing shower doors, Randy also enjoys water sports including fishing and boating.
Ted Coniglio
Ted comes to Mr Shower Door, Florida after owning his own Glass business in Northern New Jersey (Woodcliff Lake). His knowledge of frameless shower doors goes back to 1989 as Ted was introduced to Mr Shower Door in Norwalk Conn. Ted moved to Florida in 2006 and worked briefly with West Coast Insulation and did their service for all types of shower doors. We added Ted to our team in Feb. of 2007 and has been here since.
Hobbies include boating, fishing, sailing and follows college and pro football, hockey and baseball. He frequently attends Florida Everblades games as well some Ft Myers Miracle games.
