Butland Family-Owned Small Business of the Year Award in May at a ceremony to be held in Fort Myers, Florida. The award acknowledges the family’s personal efforts and achievement in sustaining a successful business over two generations, for creating jobs, and contributing to the community.

Winners to be recognized by this award will be brothers Keith and Douglas Daubmann of Naples, Florida. The Daubmann brothers carry on their parents’ legacy as President and Vice President of Mr. Shower Door Florida, a branch of their parents’ company that they launched in 2003. Their father and mother, Bill and Donna Daubmann, remain active in the business helping their sons with daily operations.
